Autism Spectrum Consultants is hiring for the position of

ABA 1:1 Therapist in the following locations:

Orange County
Inland Empire (Corona/Riverside)
San Diego

Compensation: $18-24 depending on education and experience
Employment type: The position consists of weekdays afternoons/evenings as well as the potential for weekend mornings/afternoons. The number of hours per week can range from 8 to 28, with the potential of increased hours depending on location and client need. Typical afternoon start time on weekdays is 2:30PM to 3:30PM, while weekend start times are usually between 9:00AM and 10:00AM. Session duration can range between 2 to 4 hours. In some cases and locations, morning and midday hours are available. The Behavior Therapist will be assigned to clients located throughout their designated area (either Orange County, Inland Empire or San Diego).

Autism Spectrum Consultants, Inc. (ASC) is among the most skilled and caring organizations effectively treating children with autism and other developmental disorders. ABA 1:1 therapists implement 1:1 behavior intervention programs to children in their homes, schools and out in various community settings. Therapists participate in an initial training program that provides instruction on Applied Behavior Analysis, discrete trial teaching techniques, behavior management, social skills development, and data collection techniques based on research. ABA 1:1 Therapists receive ongoing training from their case supervisor for each of their client’s cases throughout employment.

ABA 1:1 Therapist Position:

Eligible candidates should have the following:

1. Prior experience working with children
2. Have a Bachelor’s degree or be a junior in one of the following programs from a university:
   1. Education, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field
3. Have afternoon and weekend availability
4. Have reliable transportation and proof of auto insurance
5. No past criminal history
6. Must pass TB test
